I specialise in the treatment of sports injuries, rehabilitation after injury and surgery and specific physical conditions.

I am qualified in a number of different massage styles and incorporate a variety of advanced soft tissue techniques during treatment in order to provide you with the best possible help and support.

All treatments include a confidential medical consultation and postural assessment in order to tailor the massage to your individual needs and requirements and the specific problems you would like to address.

I hold Advanced Clinical Massage qualifications for the treatment of:

• Shoulder girdle pain, frozen shoulder, chronic dislocation and bursitis

• Neck and upper shoulder pain, chronic neck pain, whiplash, torticollis, migrain, cervical disc conditions
